3.1 Account Ownership

Your account is entirely personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with anyone else. Any attempt to change ownership may result in account termination.

3.2 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

bhk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. Reasons may include: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or suspected misuse.

3.3 Closing Your Own Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our customer service team. Any active bonus balance will be cancelled if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met before closure. Any real money balance in the account is withdrawable, subject to the minimum withdrawal requirement.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur in some cases due to identity verification or security checks.

4.4 Payment Account Match

The mobile banking number used for deposits and withdrawals must match the number registered on your bhk33 account. Transactions using third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus may only be used once.
• A bonus may have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer's terms.
• Only real money can be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met; however, doing so will cancel any active bonus.
• bhk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, using matched betting, or employing other manipulative strategies is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on bhk33 are governed by the rules of their respective game providers. If the outcome of a completed round cannot be determined due to a technical error or disconnection, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy.

6.2 Fair Play

6.3 Sports Betting
